The big chance is that the coin when entering the exchange will already be traded much more than the price of ICO, so people are in a hurry to buy tokens at ICO and pre-sale at a discount. And you can buy on the exchange after issuing coins for bounty.

Yep, there will be probably some dumping of bounties and then price will be cheaper but bear in mind that it still can be higher than ICO price

you have to start thinking long term. Price always go up if project developer team is very active.

True.. If you want big profit then long term is the key and investors do not just dump with a very low profit so most of them are aiming for long term hold with their coins. Bounty hunter may dump their coin but it won't affect the coin price that much.
