So? You can have tens of thousands of company on a PO box in Delaware, doesn't make it a scam. Natalia Karayaneva the founder seems like a cute little nerdy Russian girl, but I think she should be able to execute with 5 developers on this team, only other competitor I see that give it a run for its money is probably Atlant. I don't think this is a scam just yet. But much is to be desired in terms of communication.

True, and if you are listing on the NYSE it could be a very good thing.  But go to ANY offshore incorporation site and LEARN what I KNOW.  They are a "California" based company.  Don't feel bad, most people don't know about these things.
