You tell as that currently new block generates on every 2,5 minutes :-) (is this mean that on every 2.5 minutes some miner receive coins for mining) ?
24 hours x 60 minutes = 1440 blocks
1440 /2.5 = 576 blocks per 24 hours
Mining from 15.09.2017 = about 11 days mining.
11 x 576 blocks = 6336 blocks if this is equal to new mined coins
it is mean that 6336 times some "random" address is hit ant it receive coins

Not too far off but not quite, looking at one of the peers connected to my miner:
5 day 12 hours online
Start block 9409
Synched blocks 12409
= 3000 block difference
So chain has increased 3000 in 5.5 days
as ATB Coin say:
Starting date of Mining 14.09.2017 - up to now 13 days :-)
13 x 576 = 7488 distrobutions of new coins (the number of generated coins depend from the investement of choisen address)

3 let We assume about 4500 miners :-))))) probably no more that 2000 but let we assume 4500
if method of chose of addresss is random (it mean fair play) :-) every miner have to be chousen at least 1 time up to now

I do not receive any mined coins

if You realy want to be fair with Your miners (who pay with electricity and hw resorses existing of Your blockchain :-) ) please make public:
every choisen address during this 13 days, let every one can see how many times specific addresses are chosen.....
There are no guarantees of obtaining mining once a day, more often or less often.
The network chooses randomly purses and it is stake volume in a priority to POS
