there are no news released about the outcome of that event, maybe this will even take another 1-2 weeks if there are further talks before they will release any information not to risk any issues on talks with potential investors / partners / customers. information spreaded too early can risk the whole partnership to them.
this is real business behind and this doesn't work so fast than some online products or coins without any product behind. i think the release of Palmex will be a major step and then they have to promote this exchange in the region to get new investors into crypto currency (and of course also in their own coin DBIX).
