Of course its not fair at all.
When someone don't want to do the wp that only mean he don't really translate. check all my translation, I always do ANN + WP + Moderation, its part of the job, right ?

De plus, nous sommes deux dans l'equipe a parler couramment Francais donc on aurait pu juste le faire nous meme, mais nous voulons offrir le Bounty a quelqu'un qui supporte le project.
