Hello everyone.

I have a wallet ID and I can access to my email.
How can I recover my password?
because blockchain.info ask me to fill up 12 words recovery passphrase but I couldn't remember passphrase.

thank you.

If you lost your password and the passphrase, you can't recover anything. IIRC blockchain info only stores an encrypted version of your wallet.
As stated on their website https://blockchain.info/fr/wallet/security :

In the event that you lose your Wallet ID (or worse your password), your Backup Phrase is the only way you’ll be able to regain access to your funds. Reminder: we’re a non-custodial wallet which means we can’t reset your password.

thank you. you're right.

I was about to say this but it has been suggested by paraboul. Worst comes worst as you forgotten those 12 passphrase, try to remember it or look into your email folders maybe you did kept it there. I have this thing on my computer so possibly maybe you had kept it on any of your folder on your personal computer. Btw, how many bitcoins you've got there if that isn't too much just create a new one if you really can't remember.
This is what I'm doing on where I do keep my 12 phrases or any keys on all my wallet either on hardware or online because once you lost this stuff you wont really able to crack it for sure.As blockman suggested try to remember anything if you did able to save up those phrases somewhere either you store it on your email or any folders on your pc.
