Correct my if I'm wrong, but so far DBIX is just a hardly working ETH fork with little dev activity, the only reason to use it would be that it's not created by infidels? Or does it have any outstanding features?
You are wrong

But hard just to go to the website and just invest 5 minutes in reading the information there what are the intentions behind Arabian Chain (DBIX is just a part of it).
I checked it, and it sounds like Arabia's Ethereum, with Thuraya as Arabic smart contract language. So I'm still wondering if it actually has unique features compared to its ancestor. I mean I could just fork Ethereum and call it EuropeChain.
How many currencies do you know with Arabic smart contract language?

They will also provide a new Exchange for the MENA region and to bring crypto currencies to the people, it's important to have Exchanges representating this region.
In addition, Dubai has with Dubai 2020 a major blockchain project which is leading in that region and whom they will trust more, some experts coming from that region understanding their culture or some foreigners?
