It would be wonderful to see more ideas, proposals and projects rather than price discussions!

I think the whole idea and proposal workflow needs some enhancement, probably a better feedback collection through a website is needed?

I am suggesting a website for voting and survey form if ever there are ideas from devs and spheres. It is easy to see news, updates and announcement as well.

Surely a voting platform is something that we need. I'm not tech skilled, what's the best way to create it?

Maybe something like 99polls.com or using google docs I think it's possible.

Are we able to make a serious attempt to build something like that? I mean, done is better than perfect. In any case we can ask dev to reserve a stake for those that are going to build it ( if we build it from zero). I think that a Tao for each member of the list could be a nice amount.
