I think the whole idea and proposal workflow needs some enhancement, probably a better feedback collection through a website is needed?I am suggesting a website for voting and survey form if ever there are ideas from devs and spheres. It is easy to see news, updates and announcement as well.

Indeed, but maybe we need some sort of blockchain integration for starters. Would be tough to differentiate between Movement participants and randoms, trying to manipulate the vote if we try something like strawpoll for example
Theres a way to vote using the ethereum network (based on holders of tao). Even using the aragon network, which I believe will handle the governance of this DAO. All should be revealed soon. We might not have to build something ourselves. This is a necessary infrastructure, so I take it the devs are on it.
