yeah, you can call your dog Bitcoin, but this fact don't make your dog real bitcoin.
It doesn't matter what you consider real bitcoin. If others want to use "wrong" Bitcoin, then they will use it and corporations will have to follow eventually when they dry up of money and start needing more customers.
They already have enough freedom. In Europe, USA and other high rate countries.
No one should speak for someone else on what is enough freedom. You can only speak for yourself as an individual.

Decentralization could take away authority, but not corporations. No monopoly ever lasted long. There is always someone who will come and do things better and cheaper then you. This is what we see with Bitcoin. It is both better in every aspect and it is cheaper to use.
