As of the moment, bitcoin value is slowly rising up. I think bitcoins are not affected with China banning ICO's. Maybe Altcons are shacking now because of the China banning ICO's. I'm excepting bitcoins will hit 5k by the end of October (Hopefully). Maybe bitcoins will drop less but for sure I will bloom more than what you think. I decided to buy a few bitcoins and see what will happen with my experiment.
