Why not? Well, Bitcoin is much safer and it is always a trusted coin, in fact the most trusted coin in the crypto world. But the catch is that it won't increase 100% in a day anymore because the price is already high. It takes a long time for bitcoin to double its worth, several months at least. As for altcoins, you can expect a double in value in one day. That is a good profit and so quick.
you could say that ethereum and litecoin are also very trusted and relatively stable compared to the cheaper altcoins.
