Those delays are really bad... Hope you can still be profitable at the end.

I ordered A4s (November batch) and was really dissapointed about the communication - it took Inno more than 3 weeks to confirm my wire payment. And still no mail about the upgrade.

As I see it, you have to take the upgrade or your deposit is lost so you have no choice. Since there are so few players on the selling side, they can do what ever they want.
