As far as I understood there are 40 Airdrop Cycles (each one week) and we are currently at the 11th Cycle?
so I will get the Memeber in Rank in around 5 weeks so I sould be able to join in at 17th Round, am I right?

Your current member position is not eligible for using our signatures. Keep up and increase your level to at least Member so you can add our signatures to participate and apply again.

Is it just not updated yet?

Your current user level is "Newbie", so you need to wait a bit longer until you hit Junior Member to be able to apply (assuming you registered on or before Sept. 1st)

Your activity updates once every 14 days. It updates on the same day for everyone on BCT. You can get 1 activity point per day by making one post. You could also make all 14 posts on the same day for a given 14-day period, but you can only get a total 14 activity per 14 days.

I think it might be possible to only make 4 posts during one 14 day period and then do 28 posts in the next 14-day period to get the full 28 activity for both periods, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Activity levels are listed in the meta forums, I believe it was 40 for Junior, 70 for Member, 120 for Full member, 240 for Senior and then 500 something for Hero. Legendary was a random thing from 700 or 800 activity onward. Check the meta section for accurate numbers.

The last update was 1 or 2 days ago and since you're at 28 activity you could get up to 42 activity in about 12 days, which would make you a Junior Member and thus capable of joining the DO airdrop (if you registered before September 1st).
