I created a IncaKoin.conf file, in the same folder as the .exe with the following :
addnode=176.212.245.226
addnode=79.98.220.209
addnode=109.195.131.81
addnode=172.245.208.121
addnode=173.212.233.242
The build date is : Sep 12 2017, 01:38:50
Still not working ...
you have to create that .conf file in your appdata/roaming/incakoin file.
