It's not surprising people are getting restless. There's been talk of a lawyer and a large team of devs and the only thing posted on twitter this week was a drawing. There's plenty people wanting this project to succeed, but the Billionaire team also need to realize that lack of information & substance isn't doing them any favors. Post some screenshots, dev info, get the website up, status update on hitbtc, other possible exchanges etc.
