Its value is already increasing. Maybe it will continuously pump after the hardfork in November just like what happened in the prevoous hardfork which happened last month of August. We're down at this moment because of what happened with Bitcoin exchanges and China. But Bitcoin is now again broke the 4000$ mark after the downfall. Hoping that it will continue rising for the next years to come.
