I tried one of those minings today... 8 satoshi in about 45 minutes lol.... and that is without deducting the amount spent on electricity. Really a waste of time.
Not worth it at all. Fauceting is still more profitable.
Yeah right? - I don't know of course where everybody is from - but for me in western Europe it's ~60cents () per kw/h - so i effectively loose a lot of money if i'd use it.
Not to mention the massive slowdown, fan-party and stress on my notebook...
The real question should be
why people don't realize that themselves and
why do rather trusted platforms like faucet hub
not provide calculators.
Giving the option is fine, if proper disclosed...

I won't even go into the cases where the script is run in the background
So everybody just say away from that please!
