1.) Decentralized storage is built on top of the IPFS protocol. So the videos are stored in a decentralized way on everyone's hard drives, and they will receive VIU tokens for storing the videos.
2.) All transactions between advertisers, authors and users are done in VIU token automatically and directly. They are needed to reward all participants of Viuly's online video platform. Everyone, even viewers of free videos will receive some VIU tokens.

Thanks for detailed answers, now lets go a little bit futher. You say that your video platform is decentralized, how are you going to moderate it? For example, someone can upload some really bad things in your website, so you will delete it or what?
