At this moment bitcoins is still rising up. China is banning bitcoins. China plans to ban altcoins and bitcoin is not affected by the crisis. Bitcoins are still blooming and I can expect a good value by the end of October. I don't know what China's thinking about banning altcoins. I hope the other countries will not encourage to ban altcoins as well because it will be affected the cryptocurrency world
