There is actually and the name of that website is AirdropAlert. You will find there a list of upcoming airdrops and as well as a list of current active ones. It also includes links to sites where airdrops will be distributed. In addition to it, you can also check active airdrops on CryptoAirdrops's Twitter account. Here is the link to their Twitter.
