They need to develop Tumblebit first, and smart contract is not in initial plan, it is a new project which is beneficial stratis

How this coin was supposed to be superior ETH alternative without having "smart contracts" functionality?! As I can recall now, in March everyone was screaming that Stratis is a new ETH.
