If I were to sell now I'd get only 0.000000453 ETH/DCN on etherdelta.com

Are prices going to drop to a static 0.0000004 ETH/DCN on exchanges till the end of the ICO? [Edit: I mean, if they are going for a static 0.0000004 ETH/DCN on the ICO site, surely nobody will buy for more on exchanges?]
