Fee 2/12 for dev? too much!
it's better than Whale, dev get 33% (miner get 67%) and after block 200k miner just only get 34%. 
You should donate some coins on top of that so devs don't get short on resources to improve the coin
BTW, i just compared with Whale, mine or not up to you, guys. Noone force you!
