I'm trading with my bitcoin as with bitcoin I can easily trade it everywhere and it's more convenient to use.
Then I convert it again in bitcoin. Also I'm using eth for trading or whenever I run out of bitcoin.
And sometimes it depends on the coin because there are coins that are much cheaper when you buy it with eth or btc.
