we need MGO listed on bittrex !!
bittrex this now close added new coin
and bittrex not support erc23, in early launch MGO is ready list in bittrex, but delist again because bittrex not support ERC23
I think Bittrex supports erc23 tokens now. But as you said they haven't listed any coins for a while.
