Meditation. I focus my senses inwards and find calmness. Meditation is a very effective way of relieving stress. The biggest advantage of meditation is it is free! Unlike other stress reliever. and you can do it anywhere anytime. You can do it on a very busy subway or a quiet empty room. However, for some people meditation is hard. It is very hard to focus inwards and it takes time to master how to block all those noises and external stimulants. Like other crafts practicing meditation will only make you better at it.  Grin

Wow, that is new for me. But I do not understand how to do meditation. Usually when I have stress, I watch some preachers, inspirational talk show, and some of my favorite song. But all of that sometimes does not give me any effect, so the best stress reliever is sleep. Or maybe sometimes I just go to sleep and work at night because it is so quite. There is no human, that means no problems right ? Grin I can focus on my work or staring at the wall for hours. It gives me some thought and idea, about how to overcome the stress and continue living.
