Marketcap is the worst comparison for comparing two coins. Just because BCH did a kind of airdrop at price of 0.1 BTC which make it have a decent marketcap doesn't means that it has more potential or is better than Ethereum. Ethereum has been in the market for quite long and has gradually obtained the second position in the market because of its utility factor. BCH is just  a two month old altcoin which is just behvaing as pump and dump coin. They are not at all comparable. ETH is way better than BCH.
