This is the time to jump in cap low and the project has legs and the concept is brilliant. It is the sleeping giant and it's in an untapped market with endless money. Smart money is scooping this up in small amounts. I'm personally hoping for about 1 or 2 more weeks of this so I have a larger footprint before this shoots past the old high. Easy 7x from here to retrace the highs.
