Sorry about all of the issues everyone has been experiencing on SD - There are some recent updates being made to the site which has most likely caused them. Please be sure you send a message to
support@safedice.com (new support email). The old email will no longer be used (
safedice@protonmail.com). You should get a reply with a resolution shortly after sending a support email.
It has been five days with no reply (email sent to the new address). Only tiny BTC amounts can be withdrawn (hot wallet has been emptied). Many people are even waiting for their deposit to show up while they are confirmed on the [Suspicious link removed]e on guys, I love this site but you really need to improve customer care and basic helpdesk.
Safedice has been inactive here on BTT for almost a week now.
Five days is too long and gives too much time for uncertainty to brew. Even with a very busy day job and a family, I find it hard to believe that the admin can't set aside something like 15 minutes a day (hell, maybe every other day) to resolve issues when peoples' money is at stake. But I also find it hard to believe that he's just not interested in the success of the site, since he recently added BCH and hired a new support person. It'd be nice to get clarification from the admin about what is preventing him from promptly responding to issues. Even if it's personal in nature, give some sort of hint. For example, does the nature of his occupation force him to go offline for long periods? Without some sort of reassurance I can't help but fear that he will be MIA for increasingly longer periods until eventually he disappears entirely.
