you can buy using neteller or buy from a currency exchanger online who is reliable and has a good reputation. Better be aware because there are more scammers than legit exchangers.
The only thing i got is via friend or smth like that which you really trust. Cause exchangers nowadays are more scammers like lots of people wrote on this side.
