So what does this coin do exactly? Ive read the first page, and I do understand it but I'm still curious about the python coding, does any other coin have this ?

It's the first python coin, built from scratch. Python is the most popular programming language and should see some people looking forward to working on it.
There is a short overview. If you have other questions like I mentioned slack is the best option.
