As shrl24 already correctly stated, they'll list both MTH and SUB anway, also probably BMC and STOX, just like they did the last time. They make money by listing new coins (more volume means more fees), and ERC-20 tokens are pretty easy to add, so it's in their best interest to keep adding more coins. Keep voting though of course.
