This ico hits close to home because I've been in manufacturing for a while and when you say that g code is very resource intensive it really isn't because cnc machines since 1980 can interpret thousands of lines of code in minutes with a controller designed for manual input.
G code is generally a txt file thats like 100kb in size.
Can you provide us some example videos of these problems you're trying to solve because id like to understand how this could be adapted to the mainstream better.
Also why would it take 2 years to develop a product that tackles one small part of a manufacturing whole, no offense but nothing about your ico sounds realistic.
Edit: lets say youre a small company working with a single printer/computer and a single cad suite like fusion 360 chances are you arent manufacturing more than one product at a time and the process is still done within minutes, how does this service help them?
