Hey guys. I am a keen supporter of this technology and I am an ICO purchaser. I have been following Jeremy Rivkin since his book "The 3rd Industrial Revolution" published in 2011. He has a whole section in this book about how unilateral p2p smart power grids will happen in the future and will do to the centralised power industry as social media did to the centralised media industry. I've been eagerly waiting since reading this book for a technology to enable this type of ecosystem and I think this might do the trick. I like the idea of small scale 'prosumer' green energy plants as a business model with this ecosystem in place (almost like a crypto mining scenario but for a real tangible asset). Where I can see myself buying a block of land for cheap ways out of the city and seting up a 50kw or so solar & wind farm and sell it back to a smart grid at market value rather then being at the whims of government subsidies combined with central producers paying you what ever they like per kwh for your energy. If this gets nation wide or even just state wide adoption with stable market pricing, I can see the ability to even out the peak/offpeak arbitrage with users storing a % of energy during the day to be fed back into the grid during peak/night time, essentially passively fixing the bottlenecking issues using the free market and the ever improving energy storage technology.

I find your whitepaper a bit over complicated with multiple explanations of tokens and AUD relations. I'm not sure how the POWR token can be passively linked to adoption of your technology and my reading of the relation is a bit confusing. It states Sparkz needs to be purchased by POWR but then says straight after that Sparks can be purchased directly. It also says Sparks are pinned to the AUD for 1 Sparkz = 1 AUD cent but then later says Sparkz price is derived by a combination of local electricity market price and the exchange priced POWR token. I also don't understand the need for POWR tokens by application hosts (utility companies? Power producer? or a retailer?). Could you clear up these conflicts for me so I can better understand it going forward?
