Anyone had any issues getting BTC off Bitdice???

In August I tried to send 1.3 BTC from my bitdice account to the ICO address but I had an issue with my gmail and was locked out so I couldn't click the "confirm withdraw" link.
Alex from support recently changed my email after I signed a message but now is not answering emails about where my 1.3BTC is(account shows zero balance).

I didn't click the withdraw email link the BTC should still be in my account but it is not.
Account logs clearly show no BTC has been withdrawn...only a "withdraw request".
