Those look like the demo day award recipients. They wouldn't publish the winners before announcing them. If you filter for the Citi 4 Integrity Challenge, all of the "award recipients" are the ones from the demo days.
That makes a bit more sense.
Thought it was a bit weird there was no official announcement for such a large contest.
So its seems like we still have to wait.
