the elix incentive system can defined as Securities by the sec.
and USA exchanges won't deal with it.

anyway, don't except such big exchange for the near future IMO (from my experience, but time will tell if I'm wrong)

good project imo.  

Bittrex and Poloniex might be a bit too much for now, But Cryptopia, why not?

hadn't say not Smiley any exchange is welcome since it will reduce the pump&dump spikes and will make it more stable. (yesterday we jumped x4 in a day, we can also reduce by 75% in a day on coin exchange). i prefer healthy price on spikes so I will welcome any exchange.
