Don't know whats up with Microsoft but they are closing down accounts left and right claiming they were used to send out spams which is BS.
So I need phone numbers to receive a code to help open those accounts.

Any country any number is fine. They don't accept VOIP, Textfree etc kind of numbers so anything other than that should work.
