According to you, what can be the best punishment for these rapists so that no one else should think of raping a women. I like the punishment which is given in most of the Muslim countries - hanged to death in public. Do you think that this is fair or they should marry the victim???
How could anyone marry someone who has tortured and raped you, what kind of a deal is that and how can you live happily with a culprit, what my thoughts are regarding this is that,they have to face severe punishment and for solid proof case castration should be done to these animals.
I really like the punishment of castration to rapist but do you think that the government will approve this punishment. Also, even if the government approves this punishment there gang of people called Human rights commission which comes in support to the rapist but they forget about the victim who has to suffer for their entire life. I still dont feel that castration or death sentence will stop others committing this crime again....
Punishment for rapists, should vary from death or a for life sentence as what they do harms the victim for life. The mental torture, the damage to their self-esteem and dignity would be something they would carry for life. No matter what, I think we can agree that the punishment for them should be raised and be equal to the consequences of what they did to the victims.
The punishment for rapist should be in such a way that he couldn't able to do intercourse. This is the best punishment i think. The death penalty is not worth for him. He should live and at a every moment he should recognize that, why he has done this mistake, now he cannot have intercourse in his whole life. If this punishment gets approved by the government then the person will think 100 times before committing such offense . Then women will live more freely and feel more safe.
And marrying victim is as insane. This is not punishment for this crime. This punishment may be good for the rapist but not for the victim.
And none of the victim will like to marry the person who has threaten her and sexually abused.
