Yes Bitcoin can be used by ordinary citizen there no rules and exceptions in using bitcoin if you have an internet and you do have knowledge in using and investing bitcoin well the citizens are right on track. But of course to use amd invest bitcoin needs a huge amount of money to invest but if you dont have funds then try to find other sources to acquire bitcoin by just simply joining the campaigns.
