That's why I love and hate our electricity Providers over here in Germany: It's stable as hell (and of course green [regional wind power only]) but they ask about 0.30$ per kWh!
So in terms of ROI GPU mining does almost never pay...
My main miner is at work I'm sure you can do the same in Germany
