Its been done before just as ICN did, it wasn't added still on major exchanges and the price dip and still are dipping, no one knows when it will turned zero but probably sooner. TAAS is good even when its just added to the current exchanges thats far enough as it goes and will continue to go up. The fact that it gives away dividends, that would remain attractive to investors.
