I'm new here and i want to warn you that i have a big problem with Kraken. 7 months that i'm waiting to change my email adress from my account.
Let me explain : i had a tor2mail relied to my account. As you know, tor2mail is down. I contact support and they said to me that's a complicated situation.
I had the same problem on poloniex. I made a new account. They transfer my coins on the new account. And it's all good now.
I propose the same thing with kraken, and the same response : "it's complicated, we need time".
7 months later, i have still the same problem.
I think they buying time to scam me and get a reason to get my coins.
Be very careful.

You know how many time i escalate my ticket ? 7 months man... Just for an invalid email and it's not my fault if tor2mail is down. But with kraken, i pay for it.
