Using Skein, JH, Cubehash, Fungue, Gost and Echo to created a new performance algorithm.

Utility
Implemented SAM protocol to secure the network. Fasted transaction, reduce heat, lower electric bill, etc....

01/10/2017 -----> PHI1612 hash initilized, replaced novacoin-qt, json, add intallised-dependencies.sh, changed qt/res,etc....

02/10/2017 -----> Added echo hash into PHI1612

03/10/2017 -----> New Phi1612 hashing algorithm completed. PHI1612 python hashing modules completed.

UPDATE 03/10/2017: Implemented sam protocol for crypto | implemented android rpc client for crypto.
