Devs are building heavy resistances by kicking so many people out of the project every week. That will make it hard to rise for the price. But maybe new innovation news will pump a lil bit.
It was reasonable to assume this course of action from the Development team considering their past record, it is understandable that they want to motivate active promoters and vise versa. It is also understandable that some people/promoters are not 100 percent committed to the project or got burned out over time. The project has strong fundamentals it will do very well in long run.
