guys are there any ICO's built on NEM right now?

Not directly as far as i know, but COMSA is launching tomorrow i think which will host all new ICOs on the NEM platform. They will also vet any new ICO which is a positive development and "should" eliminate scams

From what I understand, most ICO's will be for existing businesses. Not vaporware + whitepaper.
