The capability of the segwit 2x to increase the speed of the bitcoin block to processing the transaction faster than the segwit. But if there will be another forked just to implement segwit 3x and i can say that was a useless coin to steal the popularity from the bitcoin. But are you referring the bizcoin as altcoin?
