There is nothing to explain, because this post was made by a troll. Just because it is written in big bold red letters, it seems to be true... like fake news! You should do your own research before spreading rumours!
Did you click on the link that this person provides ? There is basically no proof about his statement.
You can try to search it on Google too, nothing.
In addition, I personally contacted one of Sikoba advisors (who is also a well-known member of Ethereum community) and asked him about Alex Kampa. There is nothing wrong with him.
Last point, I found that thread: it basically spreads scam accusations about Alex Kampa, but just take a look at his negative trust score.

That was sent on 31st December 2016... almost one year ago! Another troll who's trying to spread FUD.
In a nutshell, believe what you want, but always do your own research!!! You also have to keep in mind that every ICO may potentially fail or end in a bad way (the same rule applies for bounties campaigns): "Only afford what you can afford to lose.".
