Yes Price of Bitcoin is increasing at a very fast rate again so i dont think  that it is right to time to buy some more Bitcoin .You should wait for price to drop down again or wait for a correction to come which will allow the price to go back to a geniuine amount and then you should buy more Bitcoin. If you have some Bitcoins with you, hold them as the price is rising you will surely get high profits.
